Managing vacation rentals can be a challenging task...but not when you have a company that has experience, knowledge and knowhow.  Our team of professionals make it seemless to have a stress-free environment for the Owner.  We've created a menu of services so choices can be provided, which can be an all inclusive or a partial management service. 

Our Owners partner with Airbnb or other vacation rental sites, to get the highest quality level of service and listing exposure for their rental property.  With years of extensive knowledge and know-how, we and our staff will care for your guests and your property from the moment they arrive at your lovely vacation home, until they leave.  Our professional service is always with a smile, integrity. and honesty.

We want your guests to have the very best vacation experience and pur staff will be there to do whatever is required to make sure your guests are taken care of, at all times.  We send at least five messages to your guest, when booking a reservation, a few days prior, one day prior, day of, mid vacation, and day after check out.  We do not want your guest to want for anything... and if they do, we strive to provide it in a timely manner.  

Upon arrival, we have anticipated your guest's needs, beginning with a 20 page comprehensive Welcome Guest Book outlining all the important and fun  information your guest might need to know.  Along with photos and our personal review.  Our "hello" phone call or message, puts your guests at ease knowing we have taken our time to welcome them to their home away from home.  They will feel comfortable and confident that the staff of Paradise Holiday Vacations will be available 24/7 for their needs..

We are proud to have partnered with excellent  service providers and vendors to assist with all repairs and maintenance work orders.  All service providers are licensed and insured and are of the highest quality and honesty.  If an emergency repair is needed, it gets done!

Your rental property will be cleaned and sanitized, as well as staged for your guests.  Our cleaning companies will do sight inventories each cleaning and will prepare the home with sanitized linens, towels, toiletries, and other items so your guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.  It is 5 star service.

Our staff will make sure that your property is always stocked with the essential items needed, so your guest has an excellent vacation.  

Our staff will be on call 24/7 for your guest's emergencies and resolve any issues that may occur.

Again, Property Management Treasure Coast is the parent company for Paradise Holiday Vacations and has a cloud based property management software program called Buildium.  The Owner has a safe and secure portal to view their financials, uploaded documents, send messages and funds if necessary.  Buildium is the #1 property management software program and is extremely reliable, comprehensive and secure.
