Debbie Grise', Owner and Business Manager
Business owner since 1974, including property management, real estate investing, medical clinics and preschools. She oversees all the operations of the business including, financial , accounting and administrative affairs. Debbie also is the face of the business. Her demeanor is always enthusiastic, happy and strives to resolve any issues that might arise with an optimistic approach. She is an artist, loves music and dancing, is a gourmet cook, the outdoors, football and most of all, her family.

Aly Schock, Owner and Office Manager
Business owner since 2005 including Property Management, Real Estate Investing and Cleaning Services Company. Aly handles all aspects of repairs and maintenance requests . She is in daily contact with tenants, clients, and service providers, to assure your property has the utmost care. She is adored by all our clients and tenants and for good reason. Aly is very dedicated to her work and family. She is a one-of-a-kind mom, wife and friend. You'll find her with her family everyday doing all sorts of creative activities. Aly loves theater, dance, music, the beach, family outings and makes time for everyone she knows and meets.
